Our Whistleblower System
Transparency, integrity, and compliance with the law are fundamental principles that define the corporate culture of Losch Luxembourg. Responsibility and ethics guide the way we conduct our business activities.
To uphold these values and meet our legal obligations, it is essential to be able to identify quickly any conduct that may constitute a breach of the law, ethical standards, or our internal policies. The whistleblowing system has been established for this purpose. It enables individuals to report, in a secure and confidential manner, any facts or behaviours that may be inappropriate and require further investigation.
This system actively contributes to risk prevention and the promotion of a responsible corporate culture. It may be used to report violations or misconduct in areas including, but not limited to:
- Corruption and influence peddling
- Money laundering and terrorist financing
- Competition law
- Environmental protection
- Data protection and information security
- Public procurement
- Diversity and inclusion
- Human rights and the fight against forced labour
